Targeted support builds Kindy educator capacity and confidence through 1:1 collaboration and coaching with a member of the Speld Kindy Inclusion Service team. Targeted support can occur online via Microsoft Teams or through on-the-floor visits to your centre.

Professional discussions and on-the-floor observations to get to know your unique Kindy room context.
Shared goal setting for learning and development.
Modelled strategies and activities for educators within typical routines, activities, and play by a Speld Kindy team member.
Joint planning and implementation of strategies.
Sharing of evidence-based information.
Sharing of individualised resources to use in the Kindy room.
Collaborative reflection on new and existing strategies with ongoing support.
